Processing Time All of our items are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be made before it is dispatched. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship from Ireland and offer the following options:
- Ireland & Northern Ireland: Standard delivery (3–5 business days)
- European Union: Standard international delivery (5–10 business days)
- Rest of World: Standard international delivery (7–14 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
